Terms of Service

Last updated: August 12, 2026

Review and accept the terms before using WildGPT.

1. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your access. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may limit or suspend an account for fraud, abuse, technical circumvention, risk to the service, or breach of these Terms.

2. Deliberately less-filtered AI

WildGPT is designed to reduce automatic content restrictions and may produce responses that other services would filter. You may encounter raw, offensive, inaccurate, unsafe, sensitive, or legally problematic content.

This product choice is not permission, approval, or encouragement to break the law. A response being technically generated does not mean WildGPT endorses it. Applicable law and third-party rights still apply without exception.

You alone are responsible for your requests, decisions, publications, actions, and use of outputs. WildGPT does not control what you do outside the service and cannot assume your responsibility for you.

3. What remains prohibited

You may not use WildGPT to commit or facilitate an offense, violate another person's rights or privacy, exploit minors, harass or threaten someone, defraud, steal credentials, gain unauthorized system access, distribute malware, or publish content you have no right to use.

You also may not attack, disrupt, or overload WildGPT; bypass access controls, quotas, or payment; knowingly exploit a vulnerability; or automate the service in a way that harms users or infrastructure.

4. Outputs and important decisions

Outputs are generated automatically. They may invent facts, reproduce bias, contain vulnerable code, or provide outdated information. They are not human validation, certification, or professional advice: verify important information before using it, especially for health, legal, financial, safety, employment, engineering, or other high-impact decisions.

5. Your content, conversations, and retention

You keep the rights you hold in prompts, files, and other content you provide, and confirm that you have the right to submit it for processing.

You grant us only the rights needed to host, transmit, process, display, secure, and troubleshoot that content to operate WildGPT. Do not submit secrets or sensitive data unless you accept their processing by the service and its model providers.

Standard conversations, including messages and responses, are stored in your history until you delete them. Shared content becomes available according to the link or sharing permissions, so review it first.

Temporary mode does not add a conversation to synchronized history and excludes its messages from application message logs. Technical providers still process the request long enough to transmit it, generate a response, secure the network, or meet their own obligations.

WildGPT stores usage data such as model choice, request and token counts, quota status, account or conversation identifiers, and event dates to operate the service, enforce limits, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.

For non-temporary conversations, an application message log is kept for 14 days. It always contains metadata and may contain message text when content logging is enabled. In that case, text is limited to the first 4,000 characters and a filter attempts to redact common secrets without guaranteeing that every sensitive value will be detected.

Deleting a conversation removes it from history and primary storage. Minimal deletion metadata may remain to prevent synchronization from restoring it, and an existing application log may remain until its 14-day period expires.

6. Limits, payments, and providers

Access to models or request volume may depend on your plan, credits, technical limits, and anti-abuse controls. These limits may change with provider costs, availability, and product changes.

Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. Pricing, billing frequency, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. You may not manipulate usage accounting or exploit a bug to obtain paid service without payment.

WildGPT relies on third parties for authentication, hosting, AI models, security, and billing. Relevant data may be sent to them when needed for the feature you request.

Their outages, policy changes, or unavailability may affect WildGPT.

7. Service availability and changes

WildGPT is provided as is and as available. We may fix, change, limit, or stop a feature, replace offered models, or interrupt the service for maintenance, security, compliance, or cost control. We may update these Terms and request renewed acceptance for material changes. Access that breaches these rules or creates serious risk may be suspended; you may stop using WildGPT at any time.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee output accuracy, legality, originality, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

WildGPT and its operators are not responsible for consequences of your prompts, decisions, publications, or illegal or harmful use of an output, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Acceptance and contact

By clicking Accept, you confirm that you have read and accepted the version shown above. This action is not consent to marketing communications. For questions about these Terms, use the support or contact channel provided in WildGPT.
